Recovery Sciences

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

Be an indispensable resource for internal partners by performing a variety of activities regarding basic receiving, in-process, or finished product inspections on devices, raw materials, parts, packaging and other components following established Quality Control procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duties may include but are not limited to:
    • Learning how to set up and perform basic inspections; demonstrating the ability to interpret instructions, drawings, sketches and specifications for inspections
    • Test, sample and troubleshoot components, electronic devices and/or raw materials
    • Ensure inspected component meets pre-determined standards
    • Determine approval or rejection/escalation status on components and/or raw materials
    • Utilize measuring and quality inspection devices and tools
    • Examine workmanship, proper installation, binding and alignment
    • Prepare and maintaining all necessary documentation, recording defects as needed
  • Primary responsibility for final acceptance inspection of finished goods
  • Final assembly of finished goods kits, including accessories and applicable product labeling
  • Ensure that production schedules and output meet customer requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Quality Manager

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years relevant manufacturing engineering experience
  • Operate and use telephones, computers/laptops and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with internal and external resources
  • Proficiently use and perform key functions of Microsoft Office software program

  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, and be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a motivated self-starter who works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
