Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

As an L&D Manager at Enovis, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Your primary focus will be to design and implement effective learning programs, providing our employees to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with employees, managers, and external partners to partner with your peers in US, build and drive learning initiatives across the organization, focusing on countries outside US and Mexico. Your role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs while demonstrating and embracing Enovis' core values and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Program Development

  • Create and execute learning programs and initiatives that align with Enovis' values and behaviors.
  • Assess individual, team and business development needs.
  • Implement various learning methods, including blended learning using various technologies including Microsoft Teams, Workday, coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.

Relationship Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, external partners, and other stakeholders to understand organizational needs and align L&D programs with Enovis' goals.

Innovate Learning Solutions

  • Identify opportunities for innovative learning approaches, considering classroom, virtual, and coaching methods.

Learning Program Design and Delivery

  • Design and deliver engaging learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions for face to face and e-delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business level team development plans and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with employees to support their career development journey.
  • Customized Learning Solutions: Analyze learning needs and design tailored programs that address specific skill gaps.

Effective Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, leveraging various formats (classroom, web-based, coaching) to maximize learning impact.
  • Psychometrics and Assessments: Utilize psychometric tools to enhance self-awareness and personal development.

Behavioural Alignment:

  • Focused Curiosity: Encourage a curious mindset among learners, fostering continuous learning and exploration.
  • Thoughtful Speed: Balance agility with thoughtfulness in decision-making, ensuring timely yet well-considered actions.
  • Collaborative Empowerment: Empower employees to take ownership of their development, emphasizing collective growth.
  • Transparent Accountability: Foster open conversations about challenges and celebrate accountability for results.
  • Positive Competition: Set high standards while celebrating achievements, promoting healthy competition.

Required Experience:

  • A relevant degree or 5+ years of Learning and development experience.
  • 5 Years Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning programs to level 5.
  • 3 Years Leadership & management design, delivery, and coaching.
  • 3 Years Project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple training initiatives.
  • English required, French and/or German speaking is preferred.
  • Experiences of working internationally across many cultures in Europe, APAC, NAM, SAM.
  • Proven experience in learning program design, facilitation, and talent development.
  • DiSC and/or MBTI experience.
  • Strong communication skills to guide employees through their learning journey.
  • Ability to travel 30%
