The Prevention and Recovery (P&R) business unit of Enovis focuses on products and solutions designed to prevent injuries, support rehabilitation, and enhance patient recovery. This segment includes a wide range of orthopedic braces and support devices for injury prevention and post-injury stabilization, equipment, and programs tailored to aid recovery after surgery or injury, improve patient mobility, and integrate digital tools to monitor and optimize patient recovery, ensuring better treatment outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Supply Chain Department as a Demand Planning Manager / SIOP. In this role, you will lead the implementation and facilitation of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP or S&OP) process. Utilizing our global scheduling software, Kinaxis, you will develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, customer insights, and sales input. Your goal will be to align sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SIOP calendars, meeting schedules, and process documentation
  • Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing
  • Analyze demand and supply data, identify risks, and maintain action plans (RAILs)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather and adjust demand forecasts
  • Optimize inventory management using Oracle/Kinaxis ERP systems
  • Develop strategies to improve inventory turns and reduce working capital
  • Align production plans with forecasted demand and schedule adherence targets
  • Resolve supplier constraints and capacity issues for on-time, in-full delivery
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and stock turns
  • Prepare and present SIOP reports and dashboards to senior management
  • Provide training and guidance on SIOP principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure alignment on SIOP objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data visibility and accuracy
  • Stay updated on new technologies to enhance SIOP effectiveness

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Expertise in SIOP processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experienced with Oracle/SAP or similar ERP systems and POWER BI
  • Experienced with planning systems (Kinaxis)

Desired Qualifications

  • APICS certification and Lean certification are a plus
  • Strong project management skills and solid analytical abilities, data-driven, with effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of diplomacy (negotiation, influence)
