As a Sales & Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you will directly support Enova’s Small Business (SMB) Sales Organization.  You will tackle projects that ensure Enova Sales is operating at peak performance and continuously improving so our customers can have the best possible experience. Projects can range from short-term immediate impact projects, like automating a business process, to long term strategic initiatives, such as a new product launch or product integration. The best part? Our team is big enough to have the resources to successfully scale the business, but small enough that a single team member has the autonomy to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:

  • Manage initiatives that focus on sales/training management, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements.
  • Serve as a senior member of the Sales Org and be responsible for driving high impact projects.
  • Be a strategic partner to business heads and help lead sessions around budgeting, strategy and planning.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide thought leadership for problem solving, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and drive bottom line results.  
  • Assess the external competitive environment and recommend product and customer experience enhancements that allow Enova to remain the market leader in SMB lending
  • Lead cross-functional and direct teams to drive high impact initiatives for Sales and Enova. 

Requirements:

  • MBA from a top tier university is strongly preferred. 
  • 7-10 years of tangible work experience ideally in consumer or small business lending dealing with sales and revenue operations.  Alternatively dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics.
  • 2-4 years of management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer. 
  • Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams. 
  • Maturity and good judgment.  Skilled in negotiating, influencing and leading others, analytical thinking, and executing and implementing projects.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $144,000 to $185,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
