The Regional Senior Product Marketing Manager handles day to day responsibilities with efficiency and effectiveness while meeting mid and long-term strategic and operational objectives. He/she partners closely with Global Marketing in New York, EMEA Regional cross-functional teams, as well as EMEA local markets. The position supports the Regional Marketing Director on the below scope:

KEY RESPONSABILITIES: MARKETING STRATEGY TO MANAGE CATEGORY/LAUNCH & ENSURE 3 YEAR GROWTH:

1. Support development of EMEA 3-year marketing strategy for MakeUp (31% MOB), Promotions (10% MOB) in concert with Global Marketing to further increase category growth and market share gain while ensuring profitability.

2. Drive recruitment strategy as per regional guidelines on sampling, minis and sets

3. Partner on Pan European Retailers differentiation with Regional Trade Marketing to align on assortment (launch preview, sets, paid samples, limited edition ... ) and Go To Market

4. Translate global strategy to regional level, identify need gaps, and build business case to support and voice regional product needs and relevancy for EMEA.

5. Engage with local markets to understand and identify local insights. Keep finger on the pulse for any emerging trends to translate into actionable deliverable.

6. Establish close partnership with Global Marketing team in New York and work hand in hand with regional cross functional teams - Consumer Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Creative, Online , Demand Planning, Supply Chain Corporate Pricing to define overall Go To Market Strategy, deliver BIG IDEA programs (newness and core products activation) and ensure excellence in execution.

7. Understand the digital and social media landscape within the beauty industry to collaborate with regional consumer marketing experts and digital teams to ideate initiatives that will enhance consumer journey across awareness, engagement, and conversion touch points.

CATEGORY / LAUNCH MANAGEMENT-

1. Monitor Makeup (core and new launches) and Promotion (sets and sampling - Free + Paid) , provide long term projection, analyze mix of business, franchise and category performance (sell-in, sell-through reports) to identify opportunities of growth and corrective action plans if needed. Lead regional portfolio by managing discontinuations and ensuring profitability.

2. Identify need gaps / regional and local relevance including claims based on macro and beauty trends, market specifications, competitive performance to deeper connect with the consumer and further increase market share

3. Analyze category performance through monthly sell in and sell out data, identify assortment optimization / rationalization, define seize of the prize for the region. Recommend action plans and mitigation plans when needed.

4. Support the EMEA 3-year marketing regional strategy (LRP) and orchestrate launches, especially: Brand calendar construction with alignment on Consumer Marketing Big Idea activations, new launches positioning & consumer target, promotional strategy implementation, visual merchandising execution, forecast accuracy assessment with regional demand planning, pricing with regional corporate team to ensure alignment and perfect execution.

5. Monitor Promotion Strategy - sets + Paid Sampling- market implementation.

6. Implement Omni Channel Brand Identity through Visual Merchandising execution in B&M and Online : ensure consistent VM strategy and improvement of consumer experience in stores

7. Ensure constant communication with Global teams and Regional Consumer Marketing to fine tune every single program and align on regional strategy before cascading information i/e forecast offering and activation programs and guidelines to markets.

8. Interact with Corporate Regional Pricing group for price analysis /increase on different countries. Monitor competitive pricing.

9. Perform key post launches analysis to share performance and best practices with markets and NY . Monitor competition in terms of launch strategy and best practices.

10. Partner with CRM + Online team to drive category initiatives and growth through consumer recruitment and retention.

11. Participate in Brand and /or corporate priority projects.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a Master's degree in business, Management or Marketing

• You have 7 to 10 years exposure to the luxury industry within International/ European environment in a Brand and/or operational marketing in a local market ideally within the EMEA region.

• You have a passion for beauty with a good product sensibility.

• You will be a critical thinker with a strategic outlook whilst being able to demonstrate operational capability, creativity, and attention to details.

• You have good numeracy skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data and consumer insights through to decision making.

• You have a thorough knowledge of competitive landscape as it relates to brands and products.

• English is the daily spoken and written language. You have excellent written and oral communication skills to prepare impactful presentations, as well as an ability to communicate with multiple cultures.

• You are autonomous, organized with good project management skills. You can prioritize and work in fast paced environment with drive and commitment to topics and tasks at hand.

• You have a challenger mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and love working in a dynamic environment.

• You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm, and curiosity.

• You are extremely collaborative with a positive attitude embracing the brand culture.
