The Product Development Team is looking for a Product Development Manager to work hand in hand with the PD & Product Marketing Director and the Founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be responsible of the Kilian Paris Fragrance division, including the management of the full fragrances' portfolio and the new sub-categories.
• Partner with Internal support teams (Packaging, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Planning, Go-to-market, Creative team) to develop new products and offers, in consistency with the brand existing portfolio and with the brand goals.
• Collaborate with external suppliers & creative agencies to develop new fragrance launches in line with the 3-year Brand Strategy.
• Conduct Product & competitive deep-dive analysis with competitive brands and category reviews to inform business decisions.
- Generate original ideas for Product Concept Development Briefs.
- Conduct pricing analysis to recommend SRP for new launches.
• Participate in the sampling strategy & assortment.
- Develop cost objectives to ensure Brand profitability.
- Participate to the key annual Global presentations: Global Roundtables presentations / Brand Innovation & Strategy presentations - Preparation of the presentation + workshops.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights team to conduct market qualitative and quantitative research.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing
- Expertise in Luxury fragrances
- Strong ability to innovation, creation and to think out of a frame.
- Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
