Job Summary
This is a job for the beauty obsessed. You will work as a Beauty Advisor across the portfolio of Estee Lauder Companies brands in store. The role will require you to provide engaging customer service through the execution of events, exceptional communication skills, trend spotting, social media usage, and creativity.
You will use your beauty expertise (make-up, skincare, fragrance, and/or hair) to deliver high-touch and unbiased advice to the consumer, introducing products from across the ELC brands and categories in store. You will also leverage social media to deliver Multi-Branded events, in-store, to recruit and reward new consumers. You will be responsible for driving the business across the ELC brands in store, to support the achievement of KPI's.
You will be an excellent collaborator, working as part of a wider team to support the achievement of Brand and Multi-Brand targets.
