POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide support to the department leads of Global Marketing and International, as well as their respective teams. Candidates must be experienced, flexible, self-motivated, professional and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
GLOBAL MARKETING (50% Admin for VP/ 50% Projects & Team Support)
• Responsible for maintenance of VP of Marketing's calendar, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, travel arrangements and preparation and processing of expense reports.
• Assists the Vice President of Global Marketing with the development and maintenance of critical dates calendar.
• Assists the Vice President, Global Marketing in the preparation/organization of all key Marketing presentations, such as Brand Strategy, International and Global Roundtable Meetings, Innovation Strategy, and International Retailer presentations.

• Handles the processing of invoices and new vendor additions for Global Marketing team.
• Coordinates no-charge product orders for the Global Marketing team and maintains the no-charge budget.
• Develops, maintains, tracks change and distributes the Origins Global Marketing Launch Calendars, International Trade Marketing Calendars, and creation of the individual Market Calendars.
• Takes on ad-hoc projects as needed from all Global Marketing departments.
INTERNATIONAL (40% Admin for VP/60% project)
• Responsible for maintenance of VP/GM International's calendar, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, and travel arrangements. Prepares and processes expense reports.
• Assists in the preparation of all key presentations, such as Brand Strategy, International and Global Roundtable Meetings, and International Retailer presentations.
• End to end support for key meetings/events such as Global or Pre-Regional Roundtable.
• Support maintenance of regional and affiliate distribution lists and organizational charts.
• Supports content and distribution of monthly International Newsletter.
• Ad hoc project work as needed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree
- 2+ years of Marketing experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Proactive and has the ability to motivate others
- Previous global and/or marketing experience required
- Preferred Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury industry
- Experience with global marketing or international cultural exposure a plus
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
- Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams
- Must have excellent analytical and computer skills
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.75 to $39.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
