As a Producer, your role will be situated within the Creative Operations team of our in-house creative agency, ELC Studios. You will serve as an expert in creative production and project management, tasked with optimising processes related to scoping, planning, and overseeing the delivery of brand projects. Your primary objective will be to execute business strategy effectively, ensuring all projects are completed punctually and within budget, while maintaining excellence in the creation of multi-channel content. Collaboration with a team consisting of Producers and Production Assistants will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and drive overall productivity.

• Take ownership of production projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables independently.

• Accountable for the successful outcome of projects (brand guardianship), including meeting brand expectations and adhering to budgetary constraints.

• Identify and address logistical challenges and issues that arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or technical difficulties.

• Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables, finding creative solutions to keep production on track.

• Anticipate and proactively address potential problems or obstacles, adapting plans and strategies as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Make strategic decisions regarding production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and meet project objectives.

• Determine appropriate courses of action in response to changing project requirements or unforeseen circumstances, balancing priorities, and constraints effectively.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to make decisions that impact project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and are in line with ELC Studio processes.

• Assist in managing and monitoring production budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and constraints.

• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements to maximise the value of production spend and minimise expenses.

• Oversee and track PO processes to reconcile production expenses, and optimise budget allocations as needed.

• Provide leadership and guidance to Production Assistants and team collaborators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Contribute to departmental planning and strategic discussions, offering insights and recommendations to support ELC Studio's or brands future needs and objectives.

• Participate in team and development initiatives, providing input to support learnings and performance management as needed to support the growth and success of the production team.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering / producing creative production briefs at global campaign level
• Educated to Degree level or have relevant experience in their appropriate discipline and management experience
• Experience of working in a Creative Agency environment a bonus
• Proficient in Project management tools, advantageous Wrike and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite and file formation structure a bonus
• Demonstrate a sound commercial understanding
• Demonstrate confidence in communicating with people at all levels
• Capable of identifying and reacting to events threatening the project (risk management) and understand the appropriate escalation procedures
• Willing and available to work outside of normal working hours as required to fulfil the duties
• Understanding that long shoot days, time spent in PPM's or on location is standard production
