To support our Demand Planning Department, we are recruiting a Regional Demand Planner(s) in our in our EMEA offices in Paris area.
The Regional Demand Planner EMEA creates the demand signal for the brand's entire portfolio of products and for all EMEA markets where the products are sold. He/ She manages all aspects of the demand management, from new product forecast set-up to statistical forecast monitoring, collaborating with Sales & marketing functions to ensure the forecast is tight to commercial sales drivers and leveraging analytics to deliver an unbiased and accurate plan for the next 12 months.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Implement ELC Demand Management processes and participate to systems testing activities during integration phase
- Own Demand Management processes for the brand/ EMEA region
- Strive to deliver an unbiased, complete and accurate demand plan over the 12 months horizon
- Work in collaboration with Statistical team to drive an exception-based management process
- Collaborate with regional brand team to identify and capture relevant sales drivers into the demand plan
- Collaborate with global and regional team to build new product launch forecast based on aligned assumptions, drive reviews before launch and adjust as required after launch
- Analyze the Demand Accuracy KPIs, drive improvement action and accountability
- Facilitate the regional demand consensus cycle: bring a complete view of basic and new demand, drive consensus on the 12-month plan, highlight and resolve gaps with related Finance/Brand plans.
- Support the regional IBP process, execute actions from the regional IBP output and shape demand according to supply commit
- Collaborate with the supply planning organization to proactively communicate demand changes and work service and inventory impacts.
- Works to continuously improve Demand Planning work processes for the brand
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, out of which 2 years in Demand Planning
- Relevant experience with ERP / Planning systems (e.g. SAP APO)
- Relevant experience with Business Reporting systems (e.g. Qlikview, SAP BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with multiple sources of data and information to identify relevant insights and problem solve
- Effective collaboration skills in multi-cultural/ international environment
- Strong leadership & communication skills: ability to defend your point of view and work confidently with various levels in the organization
- Ability to set-up processes and coach others through them
- English is a must have, French is highly desirable.
- Effective time management and organization: ability to manage multiple tasks/ priorities/ stakeholders' requests at once
- Strong personal computer skills required: advanced Excel, VBA, Powerpoint, Microsoft applications (Teams, Notes, Outlook...)
