The Role

This is a fast-paced high energy position that involves every aspect of the process required to fill the growing demand for international teachers throughout China. Recruiters must be results driven, detail and customer oriented. Duties include database management, interviews, candidate assessment and coordination with the visa team.

Teachers are at the core of what we do at EF. As an International Teacher Recruiter, you will have a direct decision-making influence on the success and growth of the organization. You will gain insight into a fast-growing, international business and have first-hand experience managing a sales funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial and sales and people oriented.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Embody the spirit of EF with positive energy, enthusiasm and motivation
• Good understanding of database administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Independent, ability to self-manage
• Previous teaching experience a plus
