As a key leader in the marketing department, you will be pivotal to change the face of the function and help transform it into a modern organization that drives growth and the brand. Responsibilities include:
- Work with the current team to develop and create a brand strategy that articulates unique value proposition, brand personality, and positioning in the market
- Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and communicate the emotional and functional benefits that helps drive thought leadership and growth
- Deliver a unique and ownable visual identity for the brand
- Deliver a redesigned website that drives leads and brings the brand to life
- Foster brand partnerships to grow the business. Partner with current team members and leverage our unique assets and programs to create a cohesive strategy and execution plan that drives advocacy , referrals and growth
- Guide the development of high-quality creative assets that are on-brand and align with channel best practices. Lead concept development and creative delivery. Ensure messaging and visual consistency across channels
- Collaborate with growth marketing to deliver campaigns throughout the year that drive awareness and generate growth
- Create an organic social strategy and manage execution.
- Deliver a PR strategy working with agencies and in-house PR leaders. Make PR an integrated part of the brand and help deliver ideas and storylines that drive press coverage
- Leverage customer insights and social listening to better inform our brand position, messaging and initiatives
- Collaborate with product marketing and product design to ensure brand consistency and elevate the customer experience
- Build an inhouse creative, design and copy team hiring full time team members and creating a network of agencies and freelancers
- Work with regional marketing to execute events consistent with our brand and leveraging these as opportunities to further the brand
- Leverage AI and integrate AI into workflows to drive creative concepting, testing and execution. Deliver scale efficiently
- Measure brand performance and scorecard. Analyze campaign performance, extract key insights, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders. You'll use data to inform strategies and demonstrate the impact of your work.
- Manage campaign execution ensuring timely launches. Create an input process into the creative team and manage project output in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Inspiring storyteller with ability to simplify complex concepts. A visionary leader who can push boundaries to drive impactful change.
- A culture champion with a strong bias for action
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience at a top tier advertising and creative agency, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of building and scaling successful brands, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and brand storytelling
- Experience working with agencies and building in -house teams
- Deep expertise in all major digital marketing channels, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
