Eaton's corporate IT Organization is hiring a The Vice President, IT- Enterprise Services supports the corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance & EBS) in Cleveland . Relocation is offered for this position. This position requires 25 % travel.

What you'll do:

The Vice President, IT- Enterprise Services supports the corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance & EBS). In this role you will be the business relationship manager for the Eaton SLC members leading these functions. In addition, you will own the digital capabilities enabling their processes. This includes the product roadmaps, investment, support & run cost. You will be a proactive business partners focused on outcomes and act as a catalyst for change. Through strong networks and engagement with cross-functional teams, you will drive and monitor adoption of program, project and product outcome-based deliveries per Enterprise standards and drive domain improvements in operating scorecards and metrics.

This executive role will be accountable to pivot to an IT product and business outcome-based delivery model to support the functional excellence and digitization efforts. Also has to ensure the incremental delivery of efficient technology solutions that are strategic in nature, while supporting tactical objectives as well. This leader will work across teams to develop and/or ensure maintenance of end-to-end roadmaps for digital capabilities and ensure delivery of those solutions conform to standard delivery process (waterfall, agile, etc.) This role will also collaborate and support the leadership team with process excellence and digitization recommendations and partner with other teams to deliver actionable and innovative technical and functional guidelines. The chosen candidate will be expected to influence high-performing teams on best practices, process excellence and strategic viewpoints that will help Eaton with high quality and optimized digital solutions to solve business challenges.

Specifically, this role will:

• Create and maintain the vision and strategy for IT in support of the corporate functions & global IT strategy.
• Build networks and relationships - engage executives, leaders and teams at all levels in the business, within the technology function, and external partners and industry organizations to ensure engagement, sponsorship, continued awareness and alignment of business and technology strategy and leading practice.
• Identify and drive process excellence by working across sectors and corporate functions to drive the implementation and improvement of processes by leveraging industry best practices.
• Orchestrate business benefits realization - in partnership with corporate leaders, business process owners and product teams, proactively prepare, monitor, mine, and share business process and overall performance at the appropriate level and mitigate risks in order to meet/beat commitments.
• Leverage an agile delivery model to track, manage and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes (architecture, DevSecOps, Agile, Lean, Design Thinking), and ensure a successful pivot to the outcome-based delivery model while driving adoption and product management process maturity
• Enable and provide end-to-end visibility for all initiatives. Collaborate with Architects and/or Product Owners to document, publish and maintain business capability and technology artifacts and ensure that these are leveraged to ensure decision quality.
• Build, lead and direct a team of IT Product managers and specialists to ensure quality delivery of digital solutions.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; master's degree preferred. Business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimal 15 years of IT experience and at least 10 years of experience working specifically with ERP, Finance, HR and Legal systems.

Technical knowledge:

• End-to-end business process knowledge, across multiple domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Legal, Quality, Lean/Six Sigma, product management with a product-centric mindset, engineering and other functional platforms, agile & hybrid project management methodologies, Design-Thinking, and contemporary collaboration tools.

Executive presence and communication skills, relationship building and influence, organizational change management skills, people development and ability to drive high employee engagement. Self-motivated, self-directed, problem solver who can assess and develop strategies for anticipating and achieving customer needs. Ability to motivate and mobilize teams, to operate with speed and flexibility, navigate the turns, and display a global perspective with cultural awareness.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $195000.03 - $286000.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
