Our EMEA headquarter office in Morges, Switzerland is currently looking for a Treasury Manager-Working Capital.
What you'll do:
As part of the Treasury Inter-Company Centre of Excellence team you will be responsible for evaluating options and making recommendations regarding the practical application of strategic factoring initiatives and managing key processes in the Swiss factoring program. The Swiss program factors receivables across ~6,000 external customers.

Through close collaboration with the Global Treasury team, you will also support Eaton's business operations through a partnership approach to resolve treasury related issues as well as to drive value through continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for the execution of the monthly factoring activity, ensuring the identification and elimination of any foreign currency exposure
- Lead discussions with internal partners on Factoring related queries and strategic initiatives which impact the Factoring programs (including annual budgeting cycles, M&A / divestitures etc.)
- Maintenance of the credit scoring database for external debtors
- Responsible for Internal / External Audit queries of Swiss Factoring program
- Provision of strategic insight to Global Trade Credit on exposures related to overdue receivables
- Maintain Global Factoring Program desktop procedures, process narratives, standard operating procedures as well as SOX compliance documents
- Support the I/C COE team through strategic evaluation/execution of initiatives which have an impact on Treasury activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- Previous experience in a global cash and liquidity environment
- Foreign Exchange risk management experience
Skills:
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, internal and external
- Detail oriented, analytical, and accurate with documentation and reporting
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Fluency in English is essential
