Our Corporate IT Organization is driving the adaption of innovation across Eaton! In the role of Technical Leader of AI implementation, the individual will lead our innovative team in the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies. This role requires expertise in managing Artificial Intelligence project deployments within cloud-native environments built on .NET, React, Generative AI and Agentic AI and will play a crucial role in strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with senior leadership, enterprise architecture, and security teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, with 13 to 15 years of experience and a proven track record of managing technical teams

What will you do:
• Lead and manage a team of technical resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Drive the implementation of complex AI projects, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Ensure the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes, enhancing overall business capabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership, enterprise architecture, and security teams. Ensure alignment and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide technical oversight through expertise on AI project deployments within cloud-native environments built on .NET, React, Generative AI and Agentic AI. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating best practices into project execution.
• Closely working with Product owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts to understand and align on product roadmaps and prioritization to drive business value
Qualifications:
- 13 to 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
