What will you do?
The Talent Enablement Specialist will play a key role in collaborating with key stakeholders, thinking strategically and implementing innovative talent solutions that enhance employee engagement and development. In this role, you will manage key HR projects to align with enterprise goals, partner cross-functionally to implement processes and technology, and serve as the primary liaison for the enterprise skill journey. You will collaborate on change management and learning materials, use data to identify trends and improvements, and support the HR enablement team with release testing and issue resolution. Continuous learning to stay updated on HR trends and managing talent solution projects on time and within budget will also be key responsibilities.

Success in this role will be driven by a strong understanding of HR systems and their critical role in fostering organizational skills development and learning. Demonstrating learning agility to tackle complex problems is essential, as is proven experience in managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes. Effective collaboration and communication skills are crucial, enabling the ability to influence and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. A continuous improvement mindset will ensure ongoing enhancement of processes and strategies. Additionally, adept change management skills, including effectively communicating strategies, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and implementing change initiatives across the organization, will be key to driving success.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, HR technology implementation, skills based project management or related area.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HR Technology platforms (e.g. SAP Success Factors, Eightfold, TechWolf, Phenom, Draup, Seekout, ServiceNow, Beamery)
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, particularly in relation to HR systems.
