Position Overview:

Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Strategic Programs Leader to join our North American Sales (NAS) organization within our Electrical Sector. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President North America Sales, you will utilize internal and external tools, systems, and resources to effectively develop, implement and maintain strategic projects across the enterprise representing $11B Revenue business. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to champion initiatives that will contribute to the growth and profitability across the NAS organization and the executive team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive strategic programs for the North American Sales function.
  • Participate in NAS strategic planning and align sales strategies across Electrical Sector commercial organizations
  • Benchmark and implement best practices to ensure efficient, effective, and productive work systems
  • Lead data driven, cross functional projects through process and tool optimization to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize financial and business development expertise to build new models for communicating value around the front end of the business
  • Monitor growth initiatives, sales/order performance, market share and positioning, and customer wins/losses
  • Conduct market, channel, technology, and regulatory research to provide market size and market share for both served and adjacent markets.
  • Plan and present training to sales leadership and field sales teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum seven (7) years in strategic planning, business development, sales and/or marketing for a growth oriented, dynamic industry leader.
  • Proven ability to benchmark and implement best practices to ensure best in class work systems.
  • Previous experience leading projects within the commercial function, across a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Expertise with multiple social media platforms
  • Advanced skills with digital tools including Power BI, and SQL.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $136,500.03 - $200,200.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
