What you'll do:
The role is responsible for seeking an Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Focus on working with internal clients, both hiring manager and HR partners to define hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost-effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hire. Drive all search and hiring ahead of curve activities to achieve performance measures.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy to support Eaton's talent goals in India.
• Manage and optimize recruiting channels and technologies for both internal and external hiring.
• Lead initiatives, including the employee advocacy program and paid social media campaigns.

• Implement targeted employer branding programs in the region, aligned with Eaton's employment value proposition.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to design customized promotions based on local cultures and the aspirations of different talent groups.
• Liaise with corporate communication, HR, and business marketing functions to create content and design materials for internal and external candidates.
• Enhance the effectiveness of recruiting channels and solutions (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referral programs) through performance analysis, spending optimization, and resource allocation to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Collaborate with regional branding teams to drive the adoption of recruitment tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for the region, including regular performance metrics.
• Drive candidate experience improvements through innovative and customized communications.
• Manage paid social media campaigns using the assigned software system.
• Lead regional training sessions on tools and systems, including CRM, Amplify, and EatonJobs.
• Manage Eaton's profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a marketing, employer branding or recruitment advertising role
Skills:
• Strong copywriting, basic design and proofreading skills: articulate clear messages; generate compelling content; create and edit copy; generate images; develop effective presentations
• Social media management skills on various channels including Linkedin
• Communication and interpersonal: able to build partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders in a global organization
• Program Management Skills: able to plan, facilitate, implement projects and programs across the region and ensure the successful outcome
