We are looking for a Site Supervisor to work for large sites (e.g. Microsoft data centers) from site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases. You will represent the Project Manager, and as such you will have the authority to coordinate the daily operational works at site. You will represent Eaton at site meetings where planning, coordination, and safety are reviewed. You will ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements are met.

What you'll do:

  • Health and Safety Management: Oversee health, safety, and environmental processes on site, including risk assessments and safety briefings to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Project Representation: Act as the representative of the Project Manager during site activities and local coordination meetings;
  • Daily Coordination: Direct and coordinate daily site works by Eaton and third-party suppliers, including managing Eaton software implementation;
  • Resource Management: Identify and communicate resource gaps to the Project Manager, aiding in planning to adhere to work schedules;
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with the Project Manager and site service coordinators to effectively execute Eaton's scope of supply;
  • Regular Updates: Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager on work performed, issues encountered, and future planning;
  • Leadership and Compliance: Lead the on-site service team and vendor workers to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards;
  • Training and Ethical Conduct: Organize site training as needed and act ethically according to Eaton's values and policies, ensuring compliance among team members and vendors.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in similar roles

Skills:

  • Strong electrical background. Electrician training and/or project working experience ideal
  • Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction site
  • Experience in power distribution construction site,
  • Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and MS project
  • Good people skills and experience of working with customers is critical
