What you'll do:
"This role is responsible for overseeing the PQ trade Sales demand, Inventory and Operation Planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans in Eaton CPS/DPQ businesses. This role involves in routine operations in material flow lifecycle from forecasting, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, material replenishment, and logistics. Focus on planning activities to understand Eaton Business System (EBS) well and analyzing data, forecast demand, managing inventory levels, and optimizing operational efficiency.

The SIOP Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the organization meets business objectives in Eaton Electrical Sector. "
"1. SIOP Process Management
1) Lead and manage end-to-end SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
2) Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings to review demand plans, supply plans, inventory targets, and financial projections.
3) Ensure the SIOP process is integrated with the company's strategic planning and budgeting processes.
4) Prepare and present SIOP-related reports. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
5) Streamline the SIOP processes and ensure "design, development and implementation" new SIOP projects.
2. Demand Planning
1) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance team to validate forecasts and adjust plan as needed.
2) Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy.
3) Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.
4) Support plant production scheduling and boost plant material plan optimization.
3. Inventory Management
1) Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
2) Implement inventory control strategies to improve turnover and reduce carrying costs.
3) Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
4) Balance demand, production, delivery and sales recognition and own total inventory and DoH performance.
4. Cross functional Collaboration
1) Play a liaison roles among Sales, Market, Production, Finance, vendors, logistics and End customers etc.
2) Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of plans and objectives.
3) Facilitate SIOP meetings to review plans, resolve conflicts, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Continuous Improvement
1) Identify opportunities to enhance SIOP process through technology, data analytics, and process improvements.
2) Lead cross-functional projects to implement SIOP best practices and tools.
3) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address gaps. "
Qualifications:
"Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred. "
"Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or SIOP roles in a manufacturing or distribution environment. "
Skills:
Proven track record of leading SIOP processes in a complex, multi-site organization.
"Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Keen to AI, BI report and Digitization"
