We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator in Denmark. To make sure that service functions are coordinated best possible way the Technicians and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintaining spare parts in stock and updating customer database.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate commissioning, repair (ad hoc), service- and Preventive Maintenance service and calls according to our service sales process to PM service team. (Sales Force and SAP).
- Schedules the site activities (such as PM, commissioning, installations, repairs etc.)
- Being responsible for using the service team resources in an effective and cost-efficient way.
- Ensures service work profitability starting from opportunity review.
- Collaborates with sales team to assure customer satisfaction.
- Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) i.e.
- Ensures business strategy implementation and goal achievement in his own area of responsibility.
- Develops actively his/her own work, skills and competencies.
- Follow up Eaton safety rules, policies and regulations.
- Arranges continuous improvement activities such as Kaizens.

Qualifications:
- Electrical background, suitable education
- Proven years of experience as a Service Coordinator/Project manager
Skills:
- Three phase electrical installation or maintenance experience.
- English and Danish skills (Fluent)
- Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force.
- Communication skills
- Customer Focus
- Flexibility
