The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

The Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

What you'll do:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement manufacturing systems and processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop and integrate new technologies.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor system performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on new systems and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related filed from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of ten 10 years of programming experience in AS400, COBOL, RPG, and CL.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • No relocation offered is being offered. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the location listed in the job description will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographical area limitation

- Position requires clear communication with the production team, other functional groups including engineering and front-end resources, and plant management.
- Will be called upon to lead training for other teams.
- A broad knowledge of problem solving, LEAN and quality tools

• Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
