Eaton's Corporate Finance team is hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A in Beachwood, OH. This newly created position reports to the Director, FP&A. This role requires 10% travel. Relocation assistance is available.

Eaton's finance organization continues to increase our capabilities and provide a best-in-class operation by implementing advanced processes, technologies, and talent development initiatives.

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership to the Global business, driving insights and actions from data and analytics, and telling compelling stories that influence decision-making and drive performance. You will collaborate across functions and groups to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will also champion a culture of change and continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and benchmarks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function and the business as a whole.

Essential Functions:
• Partner with executive leadership to execute the FP&A strategy and vision, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Oversee / Execute the planning and forecasting process in order to guide business units towards clear targets, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Provide insightful and actionable reporting, analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, based on data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and business acumen.
• Maintain short-term and long-term financial model for the company.
• Create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and narratives that communicate complex financial information and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the FP&A processes, systems, tools, and capabilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics and identify trends, business opportunities and risks, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytics and/or economics from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company Sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on finance, accounting, business, data analytics and/or economics.
• Experience working in finance leadership roles for a multinational, dynamic industry leader.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive successful outcomes with a focus on strategic planning, analysis and recommendations.
• Experience creating financial models to identify opportunities and risks, and leading and driving budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Prior experience working with financial software and tools to report data, plan outcomes and drive insights and decisions.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
