What you'll do:
Support Financial operations for Electronics division, an $185M+ manufacturer of magnetics, supercap, and circuit protection products, produced in 2 manufacturing plants in China and the Philippines, and operating business across US, Asia and Europe.
1. Responsible for month end closing process of US. Review P&L, Balance sheets and reconciliations with high quality and on time.
2. Assist ELX financial statements, forecast and profit plan, incl. US financial statements prepare and review, ensure data/reports accurate and consistent.
3. Coordination with commercial team closely to provide reports as required, including S&D and rebate tracking, YTD sales report, sales & order analysis, pricing and other assigned.

4. Coordination with supply chain, operation and plant finance closely to provide reports as required, including logistic expense, inflation and cost saving, Tariff tracking, E&O and other assigned.
5. Prepare ELX internal reports, including weekly margin report, weekly pulse call preparation, flash, support cost, vitality report, P&L by product line report, bonus tracking, RSD and memo accounts.
6. Quarterly SIP and Functional SIP calculation with good quality.
7. Support Staff Meeting, QBR and AHM meeting preparation.
8. Support other ad hoc requirements and tasks requested by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting/FP&A
Solid finance/accounting/FP&A working experience in MNC for more than 5-8 years
Skills:
1. Be familiar with both PRC and US GAAP.
2. Good knowledge of commercial finance. Digital mindset and quick learner.
3. ERP system knowledge, SAP/Oracle knowledge/experience is preferred.
