What you'll do:
- Involved in new product quotation process. Support manager in TP analysis and implementation.
- Perform monthly BOM audit and analysis.
- Daily maintain and update std. cost in SAP system. Lead annually std. cost update project according to Eaton Fin Policy.
- Review E&O inventory and prepare monthly inventory E&O reserve and analysis.
- Perform monthly end walk to dock process, conduct receiving and shipping area spot check..
- Review abnormal PPV, MPV, and burden variance and follow up with related department.
- Support warehouse in annual physical inventory.
- Involved in localization project cost down and new product investment research.
- Coper with urgent cost enquiry and ad hoc request from different team.
- Ensure current cost processes, operations, systems, databases are accurate and complied with Eaton policy.
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree major in Business, Computer, Finance, Economics required.
- 5+ years' costing related experience in a manufacturing MNC.
- Knowledge with ERP and other systems, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Can use English as working language.
- Strong communication skills, and teamwork capacity.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX and tax regulation.
- Learning passion and agility and problem-solving capability.
