Based in the The Eaton facility in Tczew, Poland, part of Eaton's Mobility Group, as Sales Manager IAM, you will report to the Regional Sales Leader EMEA and be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across assigned European countries.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across Europe.
  • Customer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities for new products and systems, and gather competitive information to inform business development.
  • Cost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints.
  • Performance Reporting: Evaluate and communicate customer performance to senior management, and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.

Skills:

  • Financial Skills: Proficient in P&L management, cost estimating, and pricing.
  • Knowledge of the aftermarket market and customer base.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Polish; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Expertise in value proposition design and communication.
