What you'll do:

Please note the Eaton ReSurge cohort will begin their 12-month assignment in March of 2025.

Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas / Protection, Controls, and Solutions (PCS) is currently seeking a Project Analyst. The position will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The Project Analyst works within the PCS PMO and Engineering functions to develop, consolidate, and maintain business metrics and business processes. The individual will also lead continuous improvement efforts including leading projects to improve business processes, and/or implement new business processes.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited intuition
  • Minimum three (3) years work experience in excel and powerpoint
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in Project management
  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power BI understanding and/or experience
  • Experience with analyzing data sets, deciphering trends, and presenting data summaries to cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
