Eaton's Commercial Products & Assemblies (CPA) Division is currently seeking a Marketing Analyst.

The Marketing Analyst assists product management teams with data analysis with the goal of recommending strategic pricing shifts and areas for market share growth. This individual will research competitive activity related to commercial and technological partnerships to keep leaders informed and give insight into growth opportunities. In addition, this role will be responsible for working with product marketing and engineering teams on how to quantify Eaton products related to "Positive Impact" (measurement of sustainability to share with customers). The analyst will review the Eaton Business System (EBS) marketing tools and align the CPA Division on which are applicable, sharing of best practices, and enhancing usage.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum three (3) years work experience
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with Excel
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA or Charlotte, NC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
  • Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends
  • Experience in Power BI
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
