Job Summary
Assure Continuous improvement activities along the Division, aligned with PCS strategy and EBS System, accountable for all Bussmann sites and Division performance by monitoring related metrics, conducting and supporting assessments and selfassessments,driving improvements and assuring the accomplishments of the CI Divisional Strategy.
Job Responsibilities
1) Reporting CI metrics of the Division
2) Provide on time support and responses for all OPEX requirements on site and on the Division. It includes different CI Training.
3) Cost-out leader, driving idea generators and pushing projects for execution
4) Apply benchmark sharing for all sites
5) Follow-up in all BU Leadrship Model Activities, in order to execute the plan accordingly
6) Support all activities of EBS Pull Events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 3 yrs experience in Continuous Improvement activities in manufacturing
- Strategic Planning, cost out projects, CI Tools (such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Problem solving)
- English at intermediate level (conversational)
- 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
