We have a new exciting opportunity for a Program Manager based in Dublin to join our highly succesful COE team.

What you'll do:

The Program Manager will be a member of the Eaton Foresight project team, which is designed to drive the successful deployment of the Kinaxis concurrent planning solution across the our Supply Chain global organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination across different supply chain teams, as well as key communication and reporting initiatives within the Supply Chain function
  • Working with multifunctional project team members and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute projects and programs
  • Creating documentation and presentations about the project progress and key milestones
  • Coordinating global trainings for Eaton materials planning teams as well as external suppliers
  • Managing the relationships and communication between the Foresight core team and all stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating readiness assessments with Divisions pre-Foresight implementation
  • Balancing priorities in support of overall project goals and deliverables, playing a key role in managing communication to internal users and stakeholders
  • Driving program execution through planning, resource management, scope management, performance tracking, and identifying risks, issues & opportunities
  • Facilitating & leading regular working sessions with appropriate team members and stakeholders to review program-related activities, across businesses and regions
  • Monitoring project progress and communicates/tracks key milestones
  • Establishing & tracking performance metrics for various workstreams across project life-cycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience in Program/Project Management in a global matrix organisation
  • Experienced with Agile Methodology or Scrum Framework is preferred
  • Recognized formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP/APMP/Prince2/P30)

Skills:

  • Ability to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery
  • Strong project management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at different levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate managerial courage in driving actions and timelines
