Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Program Manager. This role can be a remote based role out of a home office or if located near an Eaton Service office a hybrid schedule is offered, this role will require an estimated 25% travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,800 - $181,500 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Our support services help businesses make the most of their existing electrical equipment by optimizing performance and extending the life of existing facilities.

What you'll do:

The Hyperscale Program Manager, Field Services will manage a segment of the Strategic Accounts team, drive program level execution consistency across the program, lead the training effort and provide oversight for implementation of OPEX related activities such as digital tools and processes. This individual will drive the Project Management Processes and its associated elements throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact-based decisions and evaluations can be made; and drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction on projects, through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Services Project Managers.

Essential functions include:

  • National responsibility for Data Center Services Project Managers
  • Communicate the vision for the Strategic Accounts Operations Organization set by SAO Leadership within Eaton Services Organization and Eaton Project Management Organization to ensure that the direction of the organization is clearly understood
  • Build relationships with Services District Operating Centers, divisions and Project Management Organization to present an unified front to external stakeholders and achieve timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Ensure integrity and competency of systems to comply with corporate, division, and organization policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Drive productivity growth within the group utilizing EBE principles and electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth
  • Support Strategic Accounts Operations in meeting strategic goals
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top quality Project Managers who excel at providing customer value through the execution of processes, technical and commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers
  • Develop and train new team members, equipping them in the role of project manager ensuring a high level of productivity for all team members.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution
  • 8+ yrs experience in electrical industry project/construction management, field services, field sales and/or marketing
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and within the future
  • Possess ability to travel an estimated 25% of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or Construction from accredited institution
  • PMP certification
  • 10+ yrs experience in electrical industry or operations management
  • 3+ yrs experience in Data Center market
  • Experience leading teams

  • Knowledge of Data Center market and operating in a program environment from a commercial and technical perspective
