We are seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to work in our Critical Systems DPQ & CPS part of the business who is readyto join our team in Dubai.

What you'll do:
- The field product marketing engineer is responsible to provide the primary technical support related to product technical specifications, features, product selection and performance for the Critical Power Systems (CPS) and Distributed Power Quality (DPQ) product offering in the ME market
- Review and prepare product technical compliances with reference to applicable local and regional technical regulations and standards.
- Engage with the standardization and technical certification bodies as and when required to get necessary product certification.
- Provide technical training to channel partners on the technical specifications, features and value proposition of the managed products.
- Leverage the engineering knowledge and product capability awareness to enable the sales & prescription team to get generic and project specific product approvals. Identify ETO (Engineered to Order) opportunities and coordinate with the plant engineering teams to develop the solution.
- Customer engagement to verify the solution compatibility of the products in the target market segments and get feedback on operational reliability and product performance.
- Provide appropriate feedback to the Product Line Manager about product gaps and required technical adaptations to drive profitable growth.
- Map competitor marketing activities & new product launches, to provide the feedback on potential impact to sales of specific Eaton products in the market.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- With 3-5 years of experience in Sales /service /application engineering of Electrical Systems.Having the know how about batteries and power converters is desirable.
