What you'll do:
The product compliance leader will be responsible for gathering compliance documents and datasheets related to purchased components included in manufacturing bill of materials, and will maintain data in product compliance module integrated in ERP system. This role ensures the availability and accuracy of manufacturer references compliance used in production, enabling organization to meet legal obligation in terms of environmental regulations.

By collaborating with manufacturing teams, purchasing and R&D departments, and based on environmental regulations requirements like RoHS, REACH or PROP65, the product compliance leader will:
Extracts and reports
- Use Silicon Expert tool for extracting electronic components compliance reports and datasheets according to EHSM formatting requirements
- Extract from bill of materials the list of purchased materials and manufacturer/supplier part numbers both for electronic and non-electronic components
- Be able to use SAP system for BOM extracts, purchasing information & manufacturer references
- Track progress of tasks completion into EHSM
EHSM - R&D collaboration
- Register compliance documents into EHSM
- Work closely with quality, purchasing & R&D teams for project priorities
- Ask for missing documentation related to compliance to manufacturers/vendors through EHSM
- Be in close relationship with R&D departments for identifying new alternatives and update compliance module accordingly
- Have a critical look at technical content in components datasheets and identify exceptions
Additional support
- Be ready for extending knowledge and support manufacturing teams regarding PLM/ERP systems
- Support PCBA component engineers for alternatives & electronic components registration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree of Engineering
- Minimum 2 + years of experience
Skills:
- Be familiar with electronic component datasheets and industrial environment
- Good knowledge of material composition
- Be familiar with SAP ERP system
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
