What you'll do:

• This position is responsible for the execution of the defined Quality Engineering activities, providing the Quality Engineering Issues service to customers, suppliers, partners and internal sales / designing / manufacturing cells, implement continuous improvement activities, and supporting quality engineering section manager for implement the Quality plan to ensure flow consistent with established industry standards , government regulations and customer requirements in responsibility products. Actively strives to improve product quality by utilizing variability methodologies such as SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and other quality tools. In the responsibility products field, supports quality engineering section manager to ensure compliance to current Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the Eaton Quality System (EQS).
• Manufacturing processes quality control and products quality control for MCCB/VFD, reduce customer complaint, scrap and rework.
• Develop the quality work compliance with EQS and ISO 9001 criteria.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of flow diagrams, make out controls plans, FMEA, and others. Make PPAP as necessary.
• Organize customer complaint investigations and work together with other department to eliminate the root cause, verify the correction effectiveness.
• Participate in pro-launch activities and ECR activities.
• Work with SQE to improve incoming goods quality.
• Together with all department to correct the non-conformance and Kaizen activities
• Support each audit.
• Report opportunities for improvement based on analysis of factual data such as SPC, audit results, internal concerns, capability indices, etc.
• Complete the daily, weekly, monthly report or other reports required from company or department, include PQC, FQC, IPQC, CAR, PPAP, CPK, SPC, improvement action, scrap, FYP, operation report, Contents related to Pro-launch and ECR, and other reports.
• Complete other tasks from QA supervisor and manager or above.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical,Electronics or Quality engineering.
• 5 years + quality working experiences .
• Familiar with MCCB Products working in electrical industry.
• Good experience in ISO/TS16949 quality management system running.
• Good experience in APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA and 8D tool.
• English write/listing and talking with US/EMEA colleague in cross-region meetings.
• Good knowledge for customer compain handling.
