We have an exciting new opening for a Process Continuous Improvement Specialist - EMEA who will be responsible for driving CI across the Service BU's tools and systems. You will facilitate the continuous development of ecosystems such as Salesforce Field Service across EMEA countries as well as the integration of external systems, in particular with SAP to ensure efficiency and business synergies, this involves working closely with the local service teams and Cluster management to identify improvements and gaps in E2E processes across all the EMEA Service business tools.
This is a fully remote role with an element of travelling and can be based anywhere in Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland or Spain.
What you'll do:
- Provide a gap/benefit analysis between current / future states and identify potential pain points
- Leverage EBS tools, continuous improvement techniques, change Management methodologies and best practices to identify issues, Propose solutions to address gaps, drive-support corrective actions, and measure results. Capture lessons learned and Provide to business
- Ensure customer satisfaction is enhanced through the application of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and follow Organizational change Management roadmaps for pre/post go live to support local service teams
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer of system and processes to the local service teams
- Propose and prioritise enhancement options to the E2E design
- Analyse potential system design change Vs business process change to minimise customisation and maintain scalability of solution
- Evaluate user adoption of new system and processes
Qualifications:
- Experience deploying Continous Improvement initiatives ideally in a service oriented engineering organisation
- Project deployment experience
- Commercial accumen/experience
- Six Sigma qualification highly desirable
- ERP experience- ideally SAP and/or salesforce
- Previous experience of field service system deployments is highly desirable

- Communication - excellent written & verbal skills to ensure effective communication to all levels of stakeholders across EMEA service business

- Project Management - ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines
