What you'll do:

  • Assist the OPEX manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, building organizational capabilities, and acting as a point of escalation for customers at Eaton regarding their IT infrastructure issues and needs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes that allow for informed decisions regarding infrastructure activities and risks, aiming to increase site infrastructure reliability and performance year-over-year.
  • Analyze data to identify and address CI/OPEX-related issues and opportunities.
  • Coordinate regional site IT support activities, including both regular daily work and project-based tasks.

- Proposals collected from the continuous improvement process (CI Idea Collection Platform)
- IT service management metrics (internal Bowling Chart/Balanced Scorecard for the team)
- Process improvement (Ensure PDCA is implemented for all processes)
- SITE Experience Center (Support the establishment of experience centers and improve user experience)

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years or more of working experience required
  • CI/OPEX related experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suites: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • Leverage AI and other digital tools to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • Ability to relate well to people at all levels of the organization
