Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Level III - Lead Quality Analyst. This position will be located at our Euclid, OH facility.

The Euclid facility is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of aerospace main engine fuel pumps and components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.

The position is responsible for internal and supplier support, as the subject matter expert for the inspection of production hardware using non-destructive methods.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the site NDT training program to qualify level II inspectors in FPI and MPI.
• Support operations through timely disposition of internal and supplier related nonconforming materials found during manufacturing.
• Assign corrective actions as required to avoid recurrence of NDT defects.
• Perform internal audits of the Eaton special processes.
• Perform assessments and audits of suppliers' special processes.
• Interact with external customers and suppliers as well as internal personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Participate in audits by customers and regulatory agencies for NDT.
• Maintain accurate records to comply with company and customer record retention requirements.
• Provide oversight of the methods being performed at the site to ensure they are being properly followed.
• Review and prepare work instructions and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution with a minimum of three (3) years experience in MPI and FPI OR a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of five (5) years experience in MPI and FPI.
• Current or prior documented Level III Certification for FPI/MPI in accordance with ASI NAS 410, ASNT SNT-TC-1A or NAVSEA 250-1500.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in both FPI and MPI.
• Familiarity with NDT of castings, preferably aluminum castings.
• Prior experience in Aerospace.
• Current Level III in both FPI and MPI with experience training and qualifying personnel in each method.
• Experience working in a union plant.

Position Success Criteria:
• Ability to read and interpret radiography film.
