Our products include circuit protection, automation, switchboards systems, fuse gear and many other low voltage products.

We are looking for aNational Sales Manager to lead the CPC Component Sales Team for ANZ. A highly visible role, this would suit a manager with demonstrated experience in delivering profitable growth by developing and promoting solutions for specific channels, customers, and segments.

What you'll do:

  • Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability and growth.
  • Manager CPC sales resources in ANZ for CPC Components. Ensuring that direct reports are actively servicing existing Eaton customers and actively pursuing new business opportunities for Eaton in ANZ in line with their job descriptions and key responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to direct reports including Talent Hub goal setting , annual performance reviews and field based support and coaching.
  • Develop existing channel partners/customer and identify opportunities for new channel partners/customers in ANZ to achieve organizational growth targets.
  • Influence the key decision makers (end users, consultants, contractors, etc.) of the benefits of the Eaton Value Proposition
  • Provide training, presentation, and transfer of knowledge to customers on all Eaton offering.
  • Profile target segments to identify synergy opportunities for all Eaton products to ensure we are promoting 'One Eaton'.
  • Increase product and application knowledge to understand what the power of 'One Eaton' can offer to the customers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a senior sales management role with 10 + years of experience in sales and product management within low volage power distribution.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and managing teams of sales and product managers.
  • Tertiary qualifications or a Technical Trade qualification within Electrical Engineering or Electrical.
