Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a MVD - Unit Mount Build Assembler - 1st Shift at our Arden, NC location!
Shift Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday.
The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

What you'll do:
The primary function is to fully assemble Trane Unit Mount structures. Operation is a full start to finish assembly process with both wiring and mechanical requirements. Maintain own production schedule to meet requirements for Trane and MVCA financials.
A. Be able to assemble and wire unit mount panel

B. Be able to assemble and wire full and reduced voltage structures
C. Balance production demand to meet schedule requirements
D. Troubleshoot any issues that arise
E. Work with NPD and MOL teams on design changes and improvements
F. Managed inventory in area to ensure proper stocking levels are met
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution
- Must reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC. Active Duty military are exempt from the geographical requirement
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Wiring experience
• Mechanical experience"
Skills:
• Have to be able to read a schematic
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds - waist, shoulder, overhead
• Proven history of safe work habits
• Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
• Must be able to work overtime - weekdays and weekends
