Eaton's IS VEH VGGP division is currently seeking a Marketing Communication Co-op.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.38 - $24.23 per hour.

What you'll do:
Provide support for activities such as coordinating digital marketing strategy, developing sales collateral and other materials, assisting with event planning, basic administrative work, creating/delivering presentations.
A. Working with marketing managers to generate content and develop strategies for projects that include videos, email campaigns, website improvements, social posts; utilize corporate tools to manage and coordinate with various CoEs and agencies.

B. Creating reports, analyze data, and interpret results for management.
C. Assisting in developing, evaluating, implementing, updating and maintaining various department websites, tools, programs and processes.
D. Supporting event management (trade shows, webinars, etc.).
E. Attending and participating in meetings and carrying out designated action items.
F. Supporting projects and managing time for multiple assignments.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a sophomore, junior or senior pursing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Advertising.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Relocation is not provided. Must reside within 50 miles of Galesburg/Southfield Michigan.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher.
Position Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); working knowledge of SharePoint is encouraged but not required.
- Ability to communicate across the function and collaborate with peers
- Attention to detail
- Thinks and acts strategically
- Takes direction quickly and is self-motivated
- Confidence to present ideas and network with internal organization
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience with digital marketing
- Experience managing a business social media account
Skills:
• Expected duration of employment is minimum of one year or upon graduation from college
• Expected to work full-time (40 hours) during the summer hours and part time (maximum of 30 hours) throughout the school year
