We are seeking a talented Junior Project Engineer - Critical Power Systems, who will Manage engineering and OPEX/CAPEX projects to meet defined goals, support PMO and project / program managers and develop project management tools / processes.

What you'll do:
- Set goals and leads engineering / OPEX / CAPEX small and medium size projects to meet their goals e.g. Loadstar, selected CAPEX projects:
- Sets person (subproject) level objectives for project team members
- Communicates with in & outside project team
- Manages risks actively
- Reports project status regularly
- Prepares for project milestones (DGC approvals)
- Plans and follows project expenses & resources
- Makes project plan proposals
- Supports Program / Project managers:
- Creates reports e.g. PROPM, PowerBI, Tenrox
- Resource planning: makes reports and analyzes data
- Prepares presentation materials
- Helps with workshop / meeting arrangements
- Makes workshop / ""big"" meeting notes e.g. CFR and gate reviews
- Creates and tracks progress of planner / tasks / Jiras / safety review items
- Tracks stage 5 project metrics
- Shares AI/CoPilot project management best practices
- Develops project and product development processes, tools and methods:
- Develops information storage e.g. Teams and SharePoint
- Digital 5S development for projects
- Other:
- Maintains project virtual wall
- Owns specific project management tasks e.g. LCA / product stewardship
- Organizes trainings
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering subject (Electrical/ Mechanical/Electromechanical or Equivalent)
- 1+ year of experience in an similar position
Skills:
- Tools and methods for project management: MS-project, Excel, resource planning tools
- Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
- Must be able to direct others without formal reporting relationships across multiple functions and sites.
- Experience with Copilot for Power BI is a plus
