Eaton's ES EMEA CS OPS division is currently seeking a Project Management Intern.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Position Overview

As a Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to critical projects within the Life Safety business. You will work closely with the Product and Marketing Manager, supporting various initiatives related to product development, marketing campaigns, and strategic growth.

Essential responsibilities

Project Support:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Development Assistance:
  • Work alongside the Product Manager to support new product development efforts.
  • Conduct market research, gather requirements, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches and promotional activities.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Help create marketing collateral, product documentation, and sales tools.
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions related to marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project updates and milestones to internal teams.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Prepare regular status reports for management review.

Continuous Learning:

  • Learn about Eaton's products, processes, and business operations.
  • Gain exposure to project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Junior level or greater or lower levels with 1-2 years similar work experience.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round)
  • The candidate must be currently located within 50-mile radius of Long Branch, NJ.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship

Additional Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starting with curiosity to learn and find solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
