We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to interface between product, customers, sales and supply chain in the coordination of order management for our Bussman and Power Systems Division (PSD). This is a great opportunity for a technically minded sales coordinator who is looking to move into a multinational corporation.

Key Duties:
- Order entry, acknowledgement, and status emails.
- Manager backorder reports for PSD and forwarding new order details to purchasing teams.
- Sales forecasting, pricing and dispatching.
- Coordinate product modifications and order status reports while creating and maintaining material masters.
- Resolve customer and factory issues, update customer order logs and run month end reports.
- Rise and fall calculations, manage order delivery summary reports and bi monthly FX rates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a technical or sales coordinator role highly desirable.
- Degree or diploma in a business or technical discipline highly desirable.
- Excellent computer ERP skills in either SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer centric approach to sales.
