We are looking for Industrialization Engineer for Sincan in Ankara who will lead the development and implementation of robust manufacturing processes, as well as the associated documentation, to ensure the successful launch of new and/or improved switchgear and transformer products and processes. This role collaborates with other functions and suppliers to facilitate efficient industrialization and to drive schedule performance while meeting safety, quality, and cost expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree on a related engineering department.
- At least 4-6 years similar experience.
Skills:
- Technical knowledge of electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
- Experience in new product development and industrialization.
- Proficiency in design of production tooling and assembly/test fixtures.
- Knowledge of quality tools (capability studies, gage R&Rs) and Six Sigma, LEAN manufacturing.
- Experience with shop floor control processes and technology.
- Working knowledge of core feeder processes (molding, stamping, machining).
- Proficiency in CAD (PDM-Creo-Enovio) and ERP systems (SAP).
- Understanding of problem-solving methodologies and industry-specific quality processes (ISO9001).
