What you'll do:
Reporting to the HR Supervisor, you will be responsible to:
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations issues, including performance management, attendance, and policy adherence, serving as the primary HR contact for managers.
- Manage complex and sensitive inquiries, taking ownership of cases and adhering to established processes.
- Support the maintenance and updating of HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate HR partners as needed.
- Follow up with employees and managers on unresolved HR and benefits issues, including timesheet discrepancies.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of HR services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and address potential compliance liabilities.
- Train new HR team members and managers on HR Services procedures.
- Assist in conducting investigations and prepare reports analyzing HR metrics for performance reviews.
- Monitor data quality and correct processing errors.
- Participate in HR projects and provide mentoring support to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in German is a requirement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Capable of effectively managing priorities and workflow
- Experience in coordinating projects and leading project teams
- Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders
- Committed to taking responsibility for results
