Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a HR Generalist.
What you'll do:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible of the Recruitment and selection of hourly and salary positions, support and coordinate the facility's training and development programs, to develop the communication plan of the site and give support in the Wellness initiatives.
- Lead the facility's Talent Acquisition functions for Salary and Hourly job levels and will also help ensure that the selection process is effective in selecting high quality candidates and meets and exceeds Eaton's standards.
- To administrate and to coordinate the facility's training and development programs for hourly and salary employees including the Eaton New Hire Orientation and On-Boarding Programs.
- To elaborate communication supports to help managers and employees understanding HR tools and processes and organization changes.
- To coordinate Monthly Plant Wide Meeting for the three shifts. (meeting, presentation, assistance control)
- To support the facility's Community Service Plan to promote positive community relations and support the facility's special events program.
- To support the Human Resources Supervisor in the establishment of the Eaton culture (Employee survey / HR Operating Review, leadership model, wellness committee etc.)
- To be part of the Wellness team in order to deploy the initiatives and programs, Collaborate with the EHS team in the Audit Process from Corporate.
- Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees
- Contribute with Eaton Initiatives: MESH, I&D, OpA.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in employee relations, business administration, Psychology or similar
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
• Experience in Talent Acquisition Processes
• Good management of communication programs and employee services
• Intermediate English/Spanish communication skills
• Leadership skills
