We're currently hiring for a Finance Manager position within Eaton Electrical, based in Vietnam. The Finance Manager for the new campus setup in Vietnam is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Finance resources. Reporting directly to the plant manager. Scope including Budget Planning and Management; Cost Control; Compliance and Regulations; Funding and Investment; Risk Management and etc.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage the budget for the factory setup, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources.
• Prepare and present financial reports, providing insights into the project's financial status and progress.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure the project stays within budget, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Secure funding and manage investments, liaising with banks and investors for financial support.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency fluctuations and market changes.
• Lead month-end closing, balance sheet, and profit/loss statement reviews, ensuring accounting accuracy and compliance with China, VN, and US GAAP.
• Enhance internal controls, support audits, and provide accurate financial reporting for business analysis, cost control, and decision-making.

• At least 5-year experience at finance management position, preferably in MNC manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree, major in finance/accounting, Master degree is preferred
• Strong foundation of Vietnam and US GAAP;
• Good knowledge on ERP system, SAP is a must
• Experience in MNC campus set up and Finance management in Vietnam is preferred
• Must demonstrate high ethical standards and strong integrity.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and excellent English, Chinese language skills is a plus.
