What you'll do:

  • Act as a business partner to work close with the campus management team, timely provide value added analysis, financial counsel and make appropriate recommendations to support the company's strategic direction and operational decision making process. And organization on product costing, cost & expenses management, productivity improvement, investment decisions, transfer pricing etc.
  • Manage the key aspects of finance, including revenue, costs & expenses, cash flow, assets, credit control, collection, tax, capital investment, etc.
  • Establish and maintain adequate internal controls to safe guard company assets and to ensure that all transactions are legitimate and in the best interest of the organization.
  • Assuring existence and competency of financial systems and standardized procedures to comply with US GAAP and Eaton corporate policies to ensure the integrity of both US financial reporting and local statutory local reporting.
  • Support the enforcement of SOX by implementing proper internal control over and supervision of all transaction processes.
  • Provide support in quotation, costing and bidding process, provide credit review and risk analysis on project quotation, ensure the compliance process are followed at plant.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, and continue to develop, strengthen and upgrade the finance team & talent, so as to build a high performing organization.
  • Plays an active role in the strategic and profit planning processes and is expected to provide accurate and meaningful financial information to all members of the management team in order to ensure the organization achieve its financial objectives.
  • Interface with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and those tax returns are filed in accordance with applicable laws and statutes.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Campus Manager or APAC Fin Controller.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. CPA or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of all-round accounting and cost accounting experience, gained in the manufacturing sector of multi-national companies, and at least 5 years in the supervisory position.
  • Experiences in US GAAP and master the PRC GAAP. Knowledge of China Tax and local tax regulation.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Decisive and inferential as Controllership.
  • SAP Or Oracle knowledge is preferred.
  • Assertive leadership, good team player and proven management expertise.
  • Hands-on, dynamic and positive personality.
  • Proactive, possessing initiative, driven with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing staff to prepare them for advancement.
  • High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior.
