What you'll do:
1. Act as business partner to Eng. team for NPI and VAVE saving to help decision making, and drive profit growth.
2. Production order usage variance analysis : VAVE saving validation , standard cost variance (ECN,PCN etc.) to highlight and drive improvement.

3. Work with costing supervisor to drive material cycle process improvement between finance and Eng. team.
A Input to profit plan and forecast process
1. Act as business partner with Eng. team to PP VAVE saving
2. Monthly rolling forecast to monitor the R&O in POV portion to achieve PP goals.
3. Month end closing for POV
B Cost saving Initiatives
1. Capital spending analysis for Eng. Project
2. Validate VAVE saving in PL, calculate/analyze actual VAVE saving monthly
3. Monthly VAVE Saving Report.
4. NPI Cost analysis
C Material Cost Insight and Analysis
1. Prepare monthly/Quarterly POV bridge to validate material cost saving, usage variance and other order variance issues in PL.
2. Assist to annual material cost roll schedule and cost roll impact simulation & analysis, material cost roll process improvement to follow std. cost compliance requirement.
3. Assist to material cost process improvement, such as material cost process / report design /finance digital project to improve cross function efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
Min 5 years of costing analyst experience in manufacturing environment
Skills:
-Pro-active, possess good team-spirit and the ability of management and coordination
-Good English, especially for written, good Excel skills; familiar with SAP system.
