What you'll do:
"1. Lead cross-functional teams and work with customers to manage PQ field projects including UPS, total solution, battery, 3rd party products, etc. throughout whole project lifecycle in order to achieve the targeted business results;

2. Ensure successful execution of the field projects per contract requirement and business commitment;

"1. Be responsible for CPS field project execution
2. Conduct field project process management with defined process and R&R thoughout project lifecycle
3. To supervise internal cross-functional team and drive direction to ensure smooth internal communication and project delivery
4. Strong capabilty of on-stie coordination externally with the owner, generall contractor, 3rd party to ensure on-time various project deliveries
4. Manage sub-contractor to acheive the result per contractor and agreement, being aglie to resolve field issues targeting on customer satisfaction
5. Develop and enhance customer relationship benefit our long term business cooperation and growth with customer
6. Manages risks and opprs of the projects through effective planning and controlling, measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals achieved successfully
7. Manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions and contractual flow-down through the organization, own effective change management process utilized properly and drive change orders based on customer request
8. Own periodic project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, on-site quality and project schedule), as well updates to the business units as well as divisional levels.

Qualifications:
Bachlor, electrical or related is better
5 years of similar working experience
Skills:
PMP certificate
Excellent communication skill, good written and reading English
